Industrial Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems

Ultrafiltration Systems

0.02 Micron Absolute Physical Barrier: 99.99% Virus and Bacteria Removal

Ultrafiltration (UF) utilizes pressurized hollow-fiber membrane bundles with a nominal pore size of 0.02 microns. It forms an impenetrable physical barrier against colloidal matter, silt, suspended solids (TSS), cryptosporidium, giardia cysts, bacteria and viruses.

Widely deployed as primary pre-treatment before reverse osmosis to guarantee SDI < 2.5, UF eliminates membrane fouling, drastically reduces chemical consumption, and delivers crystal clear filtrate from high turbidity surface waters and wastewater reclamation streams.
